Who handles your data

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive your full name, email, wedding date, venue, approximate number of guests, the package you are interested in and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, send you our brochure with packages and prices and, if you'd like, a quote for your day. We don't send newsletters and we never sell your data.

We process it on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as we are discussing your enquiry. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we sign a contract, we keep it for as long as the law requires.

Who else has access

The form runs on Netlify, which hosts this website, and enquiries arrive in our email inbox. These providers only process your data on our behalf and for this purpose.

The site also links to Instagram and TikTok. When you open them, their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mavemotion.com. If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
